The Gladiators, in partnership with A&S Culinary Concepts, invite fans to participate in our first ever "Cooking with the Gladiators" cooking class on Tuesday, January 24th. Glads Alternate Captain Tyler Murovich will be our first Head Chef, and will be on hand to take the class through the preparation of a few of his favorite dishes.
Starting at 6:30 that evening, the Pittsburgh native will prepare - with the help of the talented chefs at A&S Culinary Concepts - Homemade Meatballs with Sunday Gravy Steak, Quinoa Bowls with Roasted Vegetables, and Pan Seared Salmon with Asparagus. Each cooking class participant leaves with a full tummy as well as a recipe book of Tyler's favorites. Word is that our Chef will even sign the recipe book!
