College Student Ambassador Program

The Atlanta Gladiators College Student Ambassador Program is a dynamic opportunity for passionate, outgoing students to represent the Gladiators brand on campus while gaining real-world experience in sports marketing, event promotion, and community engagement. As a Gladiators Ambassador, you’ll act as the bridge between your campus and the team. This includes spreading awareness, generating excitement, and helping drive student attendance at Gladiators home games. You’ll work closely with the Gladiators front office and marketing team to bring the energy of game day to your school.

Responsibilities:

Work with the Gladiators staff to connect your campus to the Atlanta Gladiators brand
Act as a frontline representative of the Gladiators, showcasing professionalism and enthusiasm
Help promote upcoming games/ events by distributing marketing materials and wearing team apparel around campus and on social media
- Interact with all Gladiators social media accounts
- Promote home games on your personal social media accounts and increase brand awareness by wearing merchandise on campus
- Post engaging content on your social media accounts while attending home games/ events
Provide weekly updates that recap your participation, campus trends, recommendations, etc.
Attend a minimum of three home games every month (depending on the schedule)

Qualifications

Must be enrolled in a college or university within reasonable distance from Gas South Arena
Preferred Majors: Business, Marketing, Sport Management, and Communications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must have reliable transportation and access to phone/ email
Passion for sports and knowledge of the Atlanta Gladiators and hockey is a plus
Previous leadership, brand ambassador, or event marketing experience preferred
Able to work independently and collaboratively with other ambassadors
Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
Well-connected and knowledgeable about your campus, its events, and student life
Active on social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter)
