Over the weekend the ECHL has canceled the remaining 2019-2020 season. We are devastated from this news as we were gearing up for a deep playoff run. We appreciate the support our fans gave during this exciting season. Below is a list of FAQs’ regarding the recent game cancellation.
I am a season ticket holder with a Full Season, Weekender, Game of the Month plan. What happens to my tickets that were canceled?
All season ticket holders will be issued a credit for the canceled games they purchased. The credit value of those games will be applied to your 2020-2021 season account. If you do not wish to renew season tickets, a credit will be applied to your account for you to purchase a mini plan or single game tickets for the 2020-2021 season. You will be contacted by your ticket representative in the next few days.
I am a season ticket holder who was looking to transfer Never Wasted Tickets. Am I eligible to redeem those tickets?
Our ticket exchange policy is an additional benefit for our season ticket holders during the season and does not apply to the refund policy.
I am Flex Book holder. What do I do with my vouchers?
The Atlanta Gladiators will accept all unused vouchers that have not been assigned a game or were assigned to one of the five remaining home games during the 2020-2021 season.
I purchased single game tickets for one of the 5 remaining games through AXS. Can I get a refund?
If you purchased your tickets via AXS online or phone, a refund will be automatically issued to the credit card you used to purchase within 30 business days. Otherwise refunds may be available at your original point of purchase. I am a group leader with a group event scheduled for one of the canceled games and either paid in full or placed a deposit. What happens to my tickets?
Groups can either apply their credit for a game during the 2020-2021 season or receive a full refund issued to the credit card you used to purchase within 30 business days.
I purchased a ticket through Groupmatics for a game that got canceled. Will I be getting a refund?
Tickets purchased through Groupmatics will be issued a refund within 30 business days to the credit card used to purchase.
