The Atlanta Gladiators announced Wednesday that forward Phil Lane has signed a PTO with the Binghamton Devils of the AHL.
Lane, 25, skated in three games for the AHL’s Milwaukee Admirals and scored one goal this season in his first call up earlier on the campaign. In 31 games with the Gladiators, the Rochester, NY native leads Atlanta in goals with (19) and is second in plus/minus (+11) and points (31). The former Arizona Coyotes draft pick has appeared in 221 total AHL games in his six-year professional career.
In a non-related transaction, forward Alex Gacek and defenseman Josh Atkinson have been placed on injured reserve.
