Gladiators forward Lindsay Sparks has been named one of the ECHL’s Plus Performers of the Month after finishing October with a +8 rating.
Sparks is tied for third in the league with seven assists and posted an even or better rating in six of Atlanta’s seven October games, including a +3 on Oct. 26 at Jacksonville. The Oakville, ON native tied Michael Joly and Brady Shaw of the Colorado Eagles and Kyle Platzer of the Wichita Thunder for the award handed out to the player with the highest plus/minus in the ECHL each month.
In recognition of their accomplishment, AMI Graphics will present each player with a personalized Plus Performer of the Month Banner during an on-ice ceremony at an upcoming home game.
