The Atlanta Gladiators announced Tuesday that the Providence Bruins of the AHL have recalled defenseman Ben Marshall.
Marshall, 25, heads to Providence after the Minnesota native has posted 12 points (3-9-12) and a plus-six rating in 17 games this season for the Gladiators. Marshall’s three goals are second on the team by defensemen and his 12 points tops all blue-liners on the club. The third-year pro appeared in 14 games for the P-Bruins last season where he notched six points (2-4-6) and a plus-six rating.
