The Atlanta Gladiators new and improved Hat Trick for Reading Program partnership with the Georgia Public Library System is having exceptional success, the team announced Friday.
The Hat Trick for Reading program has been one of the staples of the organization’s rich fourteen-year history within the Metro-Atlanta community. Anyone who visited a Georgia Public Library in the surrounding counties this summer could register online after reading three books. The program was also filtered to metro-area school systems after the start of the school year.
“The program has registered over 1,500 participants this summer and the Gladiators are excited to be a partner with the Georgia Public Library System,” said Clyde Patterson, Gladiators Director of Community and Youth Hockey Relations.
The Gladiators will be sending each registered participant a ticket link via email by end of next week, Sept. 29th. Also, with the purchase of a special $15 discounted ticket, each participant will receive one free child’s ticket. The tickets will be valid for one of the three games of their choice.
