The Atlanta Gladiators announced the completion of their outstanding future consideration trades last week, finalizing outstanding deals with two ECHL member teams.
Forward Trevor Mingoia was sent to the Norfolk Admirals (via the Wheeling Nailers) to complete the trade that brough Shane Bakker to the Gladiators in September 2016. In 60 games played with Atlanta during the 16-17 season, Mingoia scored 21 goals and 19 assists for 40 total points, amassed 15 penalty minutes, and finished the year with a -19 plus/minus rating.
In a seperate transaction, forward Shane Bakker was sent to the Indy Fuel to complete the October 2016 trade that brought Ben Marshall to the club. In 51 appearances with the Gladiators this past season, Bakker scored 7 goals and 11 asissts for 18 total points, amassed 86 PIMs, and finished 16-17 with a -17 plus/minus rating.
