Gladiators Announce Training Camp Roster

In advance of Training Camp beginning this weekend, the Atlanta Gladiators released their full 2016 camp roster on Thursday.For training camp, the team will have 19 players signed to ECHL contracts and eight attending on a try-out basis. Currently, the Gladiators have nine players under ECHL contract slated to skate at various American Hockey League training camps as they start over the next few days. Josh Atkinson, Shane Bakker, Kenny Brooks, Patrick D'Amico, Brock Higgs, and Austin McKay will appear in the Glads' AHL Affiliate Providence Bruins camp, while Blake Kessel and Thomas Frazee will skate with the San Antonio Rampage, and Colin Jacobs with the Texas Stars.2016-2017 Atlanta Gladiators Training Camp Roster:FORWARDS (18) - Daniel Bahntge, Shane Bakker, Kenny Brooks, Justin Buzzeo, Bryan Cameron, Patrick D'Amico, Johnny Daniels (T), Arthur Drindrohzik (T), Thomas Frazee, Brock Higgs, Colin Jacobs, Patrick McCadden (T), Austin McKay, Tyler Murovich, Brad Navin, Eric Neiley, Derek Nesbitt, Daniel Vernace (T)DEFENSEMEN (7) - Josh Atkinson, Jacob Bolton, Steven Hoshaw (T), Blake Kessel, Brandon Lubin (T), Patrick McEachen, Tyler ShiploGOALTENDERS (2) - Brian Billett (T), Austin Keiser (T)(T = Try-Out Contract) The Atlanta Gladiators 14th season kicks off at the Infinite Energy Arena on Friday, October 14th against the Toledo Walleye at 7:35 PM.
