Live Jersey Auction Saturday

The Gladiators will be auctioning off their 15-16 Game Worn Away/Black Jerseys at the conclusion of this Saturday’s home game against the Greenville Swamp Rabbits. Following the conclusion of the game Saturday, fans will be asked to relocate to Sections 104 & 105. Roughly 10 minutes after the team has left the ice, they will return to the bench area and the auction will begin, hosted by Glads PA Announcer Steve Craig. Bidding will start at $250 per jersey. THIS IS NOT A CHARITY AUCTION.Once the bidding on a jersey has concluded, the winning bidder will be escorted down to the Pre-Function Area by a member of the Gladiators staff so that they may meet the player*, and receive the jersey after he autographs it. Also, at that time, payment will be taken for the jersey. Cash, credit, or check (with presentation of a valid photo ID) are acceptable forms of payment. Those who pay with cash/credit may take their jersey with them Saturday. Those who pay by check must wait until their check clears the bank, and then they will be contacted by the Gladiators Office to come pick up their jersey.This type of auction traditionally moves much faster than the Specialty Jersey auction earlier in the season. If you plan to bid on more than one player's jersey, we suggest you have a friend/family member with you to help, in case you are in the Pre-Function Area during subsequent auctions.
